  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased services for more than 48 hours
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Downloaded digital content (PDFs, study materials) after successful download
  • Services used beyond the cooling-off period
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension

4. Refund Timeline

4.1 Subscription Services

  • 7-day cooling-off period: Full refund available within 7 days of subscription activation
  • Pro-rated refunds: Available in case of technical issues lasting more than 7 days
  • Auto-renewal cancellation: Can be cancelled anytime to prevent future charges

4.2 One-time Purchases

  • Digital products: 24 hours from purchase if not downloaded
  • Test series: Before accessing the first test
  • Study materials: Within 48 hours if technical issues prevent access

6. Cancellation Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet
  • UPI: Refunded to the linked bank account

In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer upon request and verification.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods
  • Service disruptions lasting more than 10% of the billing period
  • Partial feature unavailability affecting service value
